A day in the life of a product specialist – Vicki Olivo, Cordis cardiology

The highly specialised medical field of interventional cardiology is truly an exciting place to work. No two days are the same when you are trying to juggle customer expectations, delivering the latest clinical trial data, case support, launching new products, stock management, marketing requests, day to day admin, travel and so on.

Equally as important are the nursing staff that manage the cardiac catheter labs. We work closely with them on pricing to remain a supplier of choice, and they look to us for case support, high quality inservicing on our products and for their ongoing professional education.
